town in the department, carefully balances economic development
and conservation of its rich architectural, historical and

the environment is not only conserving nature but also looking
after the health and well-being of all its residents. Policies
and strategies for the environment and urban development are
of prime importance.
Since 1996, the municipality
has been engaged in creating a policy for protecting and
enhancing the environment, while also including planned,
balanced development.
