The town of Antibes Juan-les-Pins is the second largest town in the department per head of population, and is listed in the coastal conglomeration of the Alpes Maritimes which is virtually uninterrupted from Théoule to Menton.

The surface area of the territory is 2,648 hectares. Many rivers run through the town: the Valmasque in the north, the Brague and the Maire valley in the east and the valleys of the Laval, Saint Honorat, Saint Maymes and Madé run north-south.

Situated between Nice and Cannes and 13 kms from Nice Cote d'Azur International Airport, Antibes Juan-les-Pins possesses one of the most beautiful coastlines in France, which extends for almost 25 kms. The high-tech Sophia Antipolis north-east of the town is also integrated with Antibes Juan-les-Pins.
